New range to complement the X-Guard family

In some industries the optimum height of the enclosing machine guard is 2500 mm. With this in mind, we’ve developed a new range to complement the X-Guard family.

This products will be included in the new range
The 2500 mm high posts are available in the sizes 50x50 and 70x70 mm. As with the rest of the range, the panels and posts are available in RAL 9011 and RAL 1018 as standard but can also be tailored to specific customer needs. The system with a height of 2500 mm can be combined with most door solutions from the existing X-Guard Classic range.

New version of our user friendly drawing program SnapperWorks

Now there is a new version of SnapperWorks available with the following new features and improvements.

New features

  • X-Guard: 2400 panels
  • X-Guard: 70x70 post is now available in RAL 9011 as a standard choice
  • X-Guard: X-Lock with B-614 is now available for D32 (double hinge door for 70x70 post)
     
  • X-Store 2.0: New infill will be added to BOM if stretched 14-115 mm
  • X-Store 2.0: Plastic/sheet panel is now available

Improvements

  • General: Improved start-up performance of SnapperWorks
  • General: New layout
  • General: New setting - You can now add a certain PDF file prior to and trailing to the offer document - the pdfs should be created by Axelent PDF writer
      
  • X-Guard/X-Store 2.0: Show a warning (red circle) for infills that is not snapped in both ends
  • X-Guard: Improved function when mixing different kind of panels (mesh/plastic/sheet/window)
