  • How do I find drawings for a specific item?

Start by clicking on the "Drawings" tab.

    From there, you can either:

    - Use the search bar to enter the item number you're looking for, or

    - Use the filter options to browse by category.

  • Why can't I see product-specific filter options?

If no options are shown under "Filter by products," it’s likely due to a temporary loading issue or missing data. Try clicking "Reset filters" or reloading the page. If the problem persists, contact support.

  • Can I search for more than one document?

    Yes, you can.

Simply enter multiple keywords or item numbers in the search field and separate them with a comma. This will allow you to search for several documents at the same time.

  • Can I download all files at once?

There’s no option to download all files in one go. However, you can search for multiple documents at once by entering several item numbers or keywords, separated by commas.
The matching results will appear, and from there, you can quickly click and download the specific files you need - no need to browse through the full list.

  • How do I filter the downloads to find specific types of files?

You can select a file type (e.g., CAD, drawings, brochures) from the menu at the top. To narrow down further, use the "Filter by category" section (Impact protection, Machine Guarding, Warehouse). If you’ve applied filters and want to start fresh, click "Reset filters."

  • What is the difference between Drawings, CAD, and BIM files?

    - Drawings: Typically PDF or image-based technical drawings.

    - CAD: Editable files (like DWG or DXF) for detailed design work.

    - BIM: Building Information Modeling files for 3D modeling and collaboration
