Our commitment to safety, well-being, and culture

Proactive safety and health measures

Safety, service, and smart solutions guide our global operations. We aim for zero workplace accidents and follow up on incidents, accidents, and absences monthly. In 2024, we implemented the IA system and reported 359 incidents, averaging 5.1 per accident, helping us strengthen our preventive work. We also began tracking LTA incidents and near misses. To further support employee health, we increased the wellness allowance and reached a utilization rate of 65% and, from 2025, will offer workplace massages and 24/7 access to counseling.

Engagement and a shared culture

How our employees perceive the work environment is key to our success. In 2024, we introduced global digital employee surveys, followed up by managers and teams to drive improvements. All new hires are invited to Hillerstorp, strengthening belonging across regions. Activities arranged by our staff club and shared events help build community, showing that we act on shared values across the world.

Supporting growth through people

At Axelent, we believe stable growth comes from investing in people. We support employee development through training, internal career paths, and a culture that fosters creativity and innovation. We use structured recruitment tools to promote diversity and inclusion while strengthening our employer brand. Axelent - a sustainable workplace

At Axelent, we prioritize the well-being of our employees by ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or child labor. We value personal privacy, fair remuneration, and promote good health for all our team members, showing our commitment to being a responsible and caring employer.

  • Harassment and bullying

    All employees should treat each other with courtesy, dignity and respect. Axelent managers and supervisors at all levels must be alert to any form of harassment in the workplace and take whatever measures are necessary to prevent such behavior.

  • Child labour

    Axelent will neither tolerate child labour in its operations nor accept products from suppliers who use child labour directly or indirectly through partnerships with subcontractors or other business associates in connection with the manufacture of their products.

  • Personal privacy

    Here at Axelent, we care about our customers and our employees, which means that we always make sure we take a responsible approach to personal privacy when we collect personal information and do so in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Remuneration

    Axelent has a duty to pay wages that are at least equivalent to the levels required by law or collective agreements and that cover employees’ basic needs. Temping agencies and apprenticeship schemes must not be used to circumvent the Group’s obligations to its staff under applicable laws, regulations and statutes regarding social security.

  • Health

    Axelent cares about the health of its staff and is constantly working to reduce short-term absences. We work constantly on ensuring our employees can enjoy a good and safe working environment. We use preventive measures to reduce sick leave. All staff are offered an annual wellness allowance and access to our own sports hall, Axelent Arena, and our own Padel court, which Axelent has built adjacent to the company’s premises in Hillerstorp.
