Jennie Claesson

Jennie Claesson – Customer support responsible

1. For how long have you work for Axelent and discride your journey at Axelent?
I started in customer support, Team Yellow, January 2013. After about two years I was asked of being responsible for the daily work in customer support which I have been since then.

2. Why are you working with customer support/sales?
I really like the mix of tasks.

3. What can make you really satified at work?
When you have a customer who isn’t so familiar to our products and help him/her through the process of offer and order and then see how satisfied he/her is, is a good feeling.

 4. Where do you live and how long does it take for you to get to the office?

I live in a small village called Bredaryd, 20 km from Hillerstorp, so it takes 17 minutes from home to work.

5. What makes you really happy/blessed in your private time?
To have dinner with the whole family is something I appreciate. Our kids are quite old now, 20, 17 and 10 years. To hang around with their mom and dad isn’t in top of their priority list right now.

6. Pssst…. Tell us a sectret - that nobody knows about you?
I make the tastiest mashed potatoes, according to my family at least.

Aphinya Khammak

Aphinya Khammak – Customer support

1. For how long have you work for Axelent and discride your journey at Axelent?
I started in customer support 2,5 years ago and been here ever since.
2. Why are you working with customer support/sales?
I need to learn the general information about Axelent before a new job, that is waiting for me at Axelent International in Thailand. Customer support is the best department for me to get knowledge of all parts of the business. I also like the daily contact with our customers.

3. What can make you really satified at work?
When all my colleagues can laugh and feel good even if there is a lot of work to do.

4. Where do you live and how long does it take for you to get to the office?

I live in Jönköping, which is about 75 km from the office and it takes me about 45 minutes in car or 1,5 hour with bus.

5. What makes you really happy/blessed in your private time?
To be able to be around the good souls in my life and to do yoga and meditations.

Able to handle AK5 (Did the Swedish military)

Melker Svensson

Melker Svensson – Customer support

1. For how long have you work for Axelent and discride your journey at Axelent?
I have been at Axelent since November 2020, first at the income goods and since four months ago I’m at customer service.
2. Why are you working with customer support/sales?
I work with customer service because I like the daily contact with the customers.
3. What can make you really satified at work?
I’m satisfied when a day has passed without my boss getting mad at me 😉

4. Where do you live and how long does it take for you to get to the office?
I live in Hillerstorp an it takes me like 2 minutes to the office. (Don´t ask me if I go or take the bike!)

5. What makes you really happy/blessed in your private time?
In my free time I like to play golf, padel and hang out with family and friends.

6. Pssst…. Tell us a sectret - that nobody knows about you?
I’m to young to have any secrets - please get back to me in 10 years.

Emma Johnsson

Emma Johnsson – Customer support

1. For how long have you work for Axelent and discride your journey at Axelent?
I have been at Axelent and Team Black for 8,5 years and I really enjoy it.

2. Why are you working with customer support/sales?
I love knowing that when I come in the morning I have no idea how the day will be and that is the best with this job.
3. What can make you really satified at work?
To work a little under pressure and in the end have made someones day, for example solved a problem so that the goods are on site on time for assembling.

4. Where do you live and how long does it take for you to get to the office?
I live in Bredaryd, 20 km from Hillerstorp so it takes about 20 minutes (a few minutes less if I don´t care about the speed limit signs 😊) And sometimes I take the bike to work, that takes me about 50 minutes.

5. What makes you really happy/blessed in your private time?
When my kids are healthy and happy, but also when I come out for a few miles on my bike.
6. Pssst…. Tell us a sectret - that nobody knows about you?
That I sang, or whatever you can call it, in Steven Tyler´s microfone on a concert in the 90´s.

Emelie Lindahl

Emelie Lindahl – Customer support

1. For how long have you work for Axelent and discride your journey at Axelent?
I have been working on Team Black since March 29, 2021 so I’m really new in the team.
2. Why are you working with customer support / sales?
The work interests me and I find it instructive, challenging and fun.

3. What can make you really satified at work?
I like solving problems and being able to be helpful to customers and colleagues.

 4. Where do you live and how long does it take for you to get to the office?
I live in Värnamo and it takes me about 20 minutes to get to work.

5. What makes you really happy/blessed in your private time?
To spend time and be with family and friends and also to be creative and active.

I'm like an open book so I have no secrets….and I never lie ;)
