取り付けは簡単で、他のX-Guard製品と共通のポストやドアソリューションをそのまま使用可能です。
また、パネルとポストの隙間をなくすために、オプションのカバーストリップを取り付けることもできます。

In automation facilities, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment is paramount. Our X-Guard sheet metal guarding panels are engineered to provide robust protection against hazards such as moving parts and flying debris, effectively preventing accidental contact and enhancing workplace safety. Constructed from high-quality materials, these panels are durable and capable of withstanding significant impacts, ensuring long-term reliability.
Beyond safety, they offer privacy by concealing sensitive processes, thereby reducing visual distractions and safeguarding proprietary operations. An added benefit is noise reduction, as the solid construction helps to dampen sound, contributing to a quieter and more comfortable working environment. Our standard panels stand at 2200 mm in height, with an optional 750 mm extension for increased coverage. For facilities with specific requirements, we also offer panels in heights of 1900 mm and 2400 mm upon request, providing flexibility to accommodate diverse operational needs.
X-Guard sheet metal panels are easy to fit and you can use the same posts and door packages as for our other machine guarding products. To avoid gaps between the panel and post we recommend you to fit the Cover strip included with the sheet metal panel.
