In addition, they receive a monthly quality report in which their product and delivery reliability is presented and assessed.”

“As soon as a supplier shipment arrives at Axelent, an acceptance inspection is carried out in which we measure and check the control points of the item(s) delivered. We do this to avoid sending on faulty items and orders ourselves. Our long-term aim is for our suppliers to become Axelentcertified in different categories and participate (even) more in our activities.”

Not just speedy but correct
“One of Axelent’s main hallmarks is speed. Once the order arrives at customer service it all happens at a rapid pace, but speed is pointless if the order is faulty. Our Operational Manual containing our quality standards is the reference book. But it is anything but static. Every deviation on the way goes into the manual. Or, as we choose to see it, improves it.
